The JFK Counselors encourage you to attend JFK Junior College Night on Tuesday, April 28th, from 6:30 to 7:30pm in JFK's Little Theater.  

Counselors will share information on the college application process, college requirements, financial aid, and review timeline.

Tuesday, May 5th is the BIG DAY OF GIVING (click here) a local initiative to increase philanthropy in the Sacramento region. For 24 hours you can donate to 500 non-profits in the area.

You can support JFK PACE in different ways:

  1. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter. Share/like/retweet the posts to family and friends, especially PACE alumni.
  2. Make a donation to JFK PACE Parent Committee at bigdayofgiving.org on May 5th. Donations may range from $25 to $10,000.
  3. Become a 2015-2016 PACE Patron on May 5th.
  4. Ask your friends and family members to make a donation too!

PACE is now accepting applications from current freshmen or sophomores who want to join our program.  Students are invited to download and complete the following application; please submit the application (signed) by Friday, May 22nd, 4pm.

The Annual PACE YEAR-END CELEBRATION features food, entertainment, awards, recognition of graduating seniors, and a celebration of everyone's school year! This event is for everybody! Download order form here.

Music & Entertainment: several PACE students will be performing!

Food: BBQ – everyone gets chicken, sausage (a few different types for people to choose from), beans, rice, salad for $10 per plate. Graduating seniors eat for free w/ one paid ticket!

Awards: the 5th Annual PACiEs, Outstanding PACE Students, and PACE scholarship recipients.

Join us in the Cafeteria for dinner, entertainment, and PACiEs. Then we will move to the Auditorium for awards and senior recognition. (You are welcome to attend just the award part after dinner in the Auditorium, if need be.)

Please fill out the order form and return with payment to Mr. Whalen by Friday, May 20th. Checks can be made out to PACE.  Tickets available at Will Call.

Become a PACE Patron!

When you make a contribution of $100 or more to the PACE program, your student will receive a PACE Patron Card

  • $5 Field Trip Fee (Non card holder pays $20)
  • $5 off Greek & Latin Roots Vocabulary Workbook (Non card holder pays $10)
  • $10 off the Senior Disneyland Grad Nite Ticket
  • $5 off the Junior year PSAT test fee
  • $10 off Sophomore Summer Program fee
  • $5 off the Junior Summer Program fee
  • $10 book fee for Freshmen PACE History 9 Class (non card holder pays $20)
  • $10 worth of raffle tickets at the PACE Annual Crab Feed
  • Additional discounts will be given if a chance arises during the school year.


This is an importance funding source for the PACE program. We urge you to become a PACE Patron and make your contribution, as soon as possible, to help guarantee the planned 2014-2015 school year activities.

You can present your $100 check at JFK (to Mr. Whalen or Jennifer Yee) or mail your check to the school.
